Need some assistance. I have a large spreadsheet with numerous names, dates and values for the period of 2013-2017. I need to find the count of unique dates in three different columns for each employees. I have been using the remove duplicate tab but that takes so long. I also used the formula to identify the unique (=SUM(IF(FREQUENCY(#REF !,#REF !),1))) but that if i go through one employee at a time. That takes so long when I have over 200 names.

Is there a way that I can do this such as pivot table. I am using excel 2010.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
