I have an excel databse containing hyperlinks to certain pdf files. The folder containing the pdfs and the excel database file are located in the same folder. I needed to make certain changes in the database for which I created a copy of the original excel file and made all the changes. Now I want to delete the original file and keep the new file. But I noticed that none of the hyperlinks are working in the new file. I haven't changed the location of the folder containing pdfs and the location of the new excel sheet is exactly same as the original one. To make them work again I will have to edit each hyperlink and provide the address again. But the sheet is too large. I am looking for a way in which the hyperlinks can be updated automatically. Kindly help. Thanks.

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
How about copying the worksheet containg the hyperlinks onto the new workbook ?
