Updating existing series in charts

I'm wonder if there is a macro out there or that can be written that changes the values of the existing series of a chart? I have 28 charts and each chart has multiple series in them. I have created dynamic name ranges for all of the series y values and the series x value is the same dynamic name range for all of them. So this also poses the predicament of how do I make the macro put in the correct dynamic name range for the right chart in the right series?

Is there anyway to create this???
