Use a range typed into cell like a form

I have an array formula, but it will be used in different workbooks which may require adjustment by non-Excel people.

Is there a way to type in the range portion of the formula? Like "Scorecard" in one cell and "$B$2:$B$1000" in the other, then reference it in the formula so it works like: 'Scorecard':$B$2:$B$1000

Or is there a better way this is usually done?

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You could use the INDIRECT function, but..."non-Excel people" will have a tough time entering the right addressing info into the cells.

Alternatly, you could use Named Ranges so that only "slight Excel people" could make the adjustment.
