Use text fom TextBox1 as file name

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
Does this help?

Private Sub CommandButton1_Click()
Dim PDFname As String
Dim FileSaveName As String

PDFname = ActiveSheet.TextBox1.Value
If PDFname = "" Then Exit Sub
ChDir "C:\Temp" 'Sets the default file path.
FileSaveName = Application.GetSaveAsFilename(PDFname, _
fileFilter:="PDF Files (*.pdf), *.pdf")
If FileSaveName <> False Then
ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:= _
FileSaveName _
, Quality:=xlQualityStandard, IncludeDocProperties:=True, IgnorePrintAreas _
:=False, OpenAfterPublish:=True
End If
MsgBox "File Saved to" & " " & FileSaveName
End Sub
