Does anyone know if we can restrict entry to a worksheet thru a userform only?

I think it can be done through protect unprotect, but I was curious if there is another way.

Excel Facts

Quick Sum
Select a range of cells. The total appears in bottom right of Excel screen. Right-click total to add Max, Min, Count, Average.

Set the worksheet's Visible property to xlSheetVeryHidden so the user does not even know it exists?
