VALUE error?

If I change the following in the formula "F:F, to F11:F10000" =SUMIFS(INDIRECT("'"&$F$4&"'!F11:F10000"),INDIRECT("'"&$F$4&"'!C:C"),$E11,INDIRECT("'"&$F$4&"'!A:A"),$E$4) I get the VALUE error
Can anyone advise
