Is there a way to auto fit one cell. For instance ive got my column width for column "A" as 15.57 but i want cell "A12" to have a width of 32. I dont have any text in "B12" but i do in column C. but the text for column "C"
has an alignment to the right with a width of 70. So i have plent of space without hitting any other text. So is it possible to extend that cell text without messing up the whole column

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
You can only do this (in terms of appearance) by merging cells or selecting the cells and using Horizontal Alignment = Center Across Selection.

There's no way to adjust the width of one cell separate from it's column. But you can try merging cells A12 & B12. Or, you can try selecting cells A12 & B12, Right-click>Format Cells>Alignment>Horizontal>Center across selection.
