Vba Code For Copy data one File to Another File in excel

Hello,
I need help for Vba Code For Copy data one File to Another File in excel,

Scenario: * I have file one which I want copy and paste another file but in this file Data have merge cell A:A so first I want unmerge this cell.

* then I will Do cell C:C text to column for Date and Time different.
*then filter date and Time and copy data and paste another file.
* and this macro will be run which time I have updated in Cell.


So please help me on this issue.
