VBA code highlight row based on date entry

Good morning Ladies and Gents,

I would like to ask you, if anyone has an a vba code for me regarding below.

MsgBox "Milesstone completed?" vbyesNo
ifyes enter date and the whole row should be highlighted until this entered date (all dates are in my sheet from F4-GG4)
then the text "complete" or "not complete" should be displayed in a selected cell as well (e.g.C6)

Hope someone understands what I want to do
