VBA for each sheet

Hello

Using excel, I want to do a few things.

1. Have a multiple tabbed worksheet for a business and have pages protected. I recognize you can use Review, protect sheet for each sheet or protect workbook....but I want to
be able to have each respective department have their own credentials to unlock the spreadsheet. (see attached example) perhaps using VBA.
2. The "Company" worksheet and or any other worksheets, I would like to have them hidden. I recognize I can do this using VBA, but it seems that it could be easily cracked. Are there solutions for this?
3. Is there a way to have it "expire" in a month, or respective date, using NOW() function in the VBA, so that the end user would be required to contact the company for an access code that is unique for this month, or a way to generate an access code string for future months? Can it be tied to a date on the internet to avoid the challenge of changing the date on your computer?

Thanks again!

Keith
