VBA If A1=1 then save and close

Please help with VBA once A1 is changed to value of 1 then trigger the file to save and close itself.

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.

How is cell A1 being changed to a value of 1?
Is someone manually typing 1 in cell A1, or is there a formula in A1 (if there is a formula, what is it)?
