VBA - search data, delete row from current worksheet and paste only the values to a new worksheet

As the title says: I want to search data, delete row from current worksheet and paste only the values to a new worksheet.

The link below has a great answer but I want to expand to add the paste only values bit.

Rather than this:

    With CopyRange.EntireRow
        .Copy DestRange
        .Delete shift:=xlShiftUp
    End With

you'd need something like this:

    With CopyRange.EntireRow
        .Copy 
        DestRange.PasteSpecial xlPasteValues
        .Delete shift:=xlShiftUp
    End With
