VBA - select all rows in one worksheet and insert copied cells into another

Hi I am new to writing my own macros and i have become stuck on being able to select all rows that have data and insert the data into a new worksheet.

I have to import data from hyperion. so that the data is in the correct format, i need to paste it into an empty worksheet. "Weekend Data"

I need to select all the rows that have data in them and insert those rows into another worksheet "2011-Weekend"

Can anyone help?
