VBA - Turn Data Values into Dates

So my date formats are producing in a report like this: 43112

I was using the following to make that a short date:

Range("DataTbl[New Business Month]").Selection.NumberFormat = "mm/dd/yyyy;@"​

I keep error-ing out though...
