I've been given the responsibility to fix a broken macro of a termed employee. This individual used the code listed below but I don't understand he used the Windows object rather than Sheet object. Is there any logical reason to do this? I suspect there must be a reason that I'm not aware of since he used the Sheets object in other places.

Code:
Windows("Revenue.xlsx").Activate

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
That is a workbook, rather than a sheet so you cannot use the sheet object.
You can either use the code posted, or
Code:
Workbooks("Revenue.xlsx").Activate

Right, I meant to say Workbooks("Revenue.xlsx").Select but I still would like to know if there's a legitimate reason to use Windows("Revenue.xlsx").Select rather than Workbooks("Revenue.xlsx").Select?

Not sure if it makes much difference which you use, I've always used Workbooks, rather than Windows.
