I'm having a heck of a time trying to format a sheet because I don't have a lot of experience with VLookups and IF Functions and was wondering if someone could help me.

I have a sheet with a list of customers that does not include their market segment. Some of thee customers appear once on the list but several appear more frequently.

I have another sheet where each customer that we have is listed once along with their applicable market segment. However, the market segment is not just stated straight up. I have 14 different columns and under each column the market segment is marked as either 'Y' or 'N'. Some customers are qualified as at least 1 market segment, but others can be 2 or even 3 market segments.

I simply need the first sheet to have columns next each row stating their market segment or segments. Is this possible? If so, how do I do this?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hello and welcome.
A sample of your data will be useful:
You can download and install two of the following programs:

HTLMaker

or
Excel Jeanie

or when using Internet Explorer just put borders around your data in Excel and copy those cells into your post.
