Hi

I hope this makes sense. I'm trying to do a lookup which would return the match against the first instance and be blank for the remainder of the matches.

Appreciate any help

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
You should use an array formula like
=IFERROR(INDEX(range_column,SMALL(IF(condition, ROW(range)),ROWS(...))),"")
Ctrl+Shift+Enter

A small data sample (~10 rows) would be helpful.

Can't you simply do this?

in B1
=IF(COUNTIF(A$1:A1,A1)>1,"",VLOOKUP...)
and copy down the column
