Hello Experts,

I have certain Word document templates which we use for all projects. We also have a Excel template for certain different things. Now, whenever any customer comments or issues are recorded, they are recorded in a defect Log Word template and resolution is updated in that template itself.
At the end when all comments are resolved, we copy and paste all the Comments and resolutions from Word to Excel template. Can anyone help me to develop a macro using which I can do this. I have developed macros to work on excel sheets but never developed anything to copy from word to excel. Rather I dont know how to navigate to the required texts in word as they might be in a table or a paragraph and then copy paste it in a specific cell in excel. There are serial numbers to comments and resolutions both in Word and Excel template but i dont really know how can my macro go in word and find the comments and then copy paste it in the destination excel.
Attached is the Word document and also the excel document where I want to copy the data. I have highlighted the data that needs to be copied. Please guide me. I can develop macros but never worked on word. Let me know your views.

I have also cross-posted this on Excelforum and Stackoverflow. Just for your information.

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
