Column A contains dates.

Column B should show the corresponding weeknumbers of the date mentioned in column A.

I currently use: =WEEKNUMBER option. Unfortunately it should the weeknumbers, but the weeknumbers in excel by default starts at Sunday. How can I change this to Monday?

Please advise.

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
How are your week numbers defined?

with WEEKNUM(A2,2) the week start is a Monday but week 1 always starts on 1st January with week 2 starting on the following Monday. ISO week numbers also start on a Monday but weeks can straddle two years, week 1 always starts on the first Thursday on or after 29th Jan. For ISO week numbers you can use either

=WEEKNUM(A2,21)

or

=ISOWEEKNUM(A2)
