Weighted average formula

Columns are Jan, Feb, Mar, Qtr1, Apr, May, Jun, Qtr2, etc.

row 13 is a spread number
row 25 is a volume number

I'm calculating a YTD weighted average using volume as the weighting. I want the formula to return the year to date number based on the input in a certain cell. For example, if a cell contains May, the formula would return YTD May, etc.
