VBA: Want to copy value of cell without the formula

I have two different workbooks and want to copy a certain value from worksheet "Schedule.xls" into "ID_DOG.xlsm".
The code is below:

Workbooks("Schedule.xlsx").Sheets("QF.IPP").Range("AM10").Copy
Workbooks("ID_DOG.xlsm").ActiveSheet.Range("T30:T53").PasteSpecial

I've also tried this option:

Workbooks("Schedule.xlsx").Sheets("QF.IPP").Range("AM10").Copy Workbooks("ID_DOG.xlsm").Sheets("Sheet1").Range("T30:T53")

The value in cell "AM10" calls a formula. Whenever the values are copied into worksheet "ID_DOG.xlsm", it keeps calling the formula in cell "AM10".

Any ideas on how to copy value without calling the formula?
