copy and paste certain cells within row for all rows that match criteria based on diaglogue box input into a new workbook

Hi! I need to export data from columns K, L (if value in column H is positive) or O (if value in column H is negative), and column H, and column J, if value in column B is "criteria A", into a new workbook. The range starts in row 11, but the number of rows varies. Is it possible to also add a dialogue box to enter in the "criteria A" as well?
