I have a very long list in column A. The list changes daily and needs to simply be pasted in the same column each day.

What I want to do is paste the new data into column A and have a formula(s) in column(s) B (through ??) count and rank (in order) the top five in one column, then display the total counts in the column next to it. I've tried some vlookup and array formulas but it slows my computer to a painful crawl.

Again, I don’t want to have to change the formulas each day or use an array formula.

Thank you all in advance!!
