Graphing data that allows for insertion of columns

Let's say I have column A that has dates (x-data) and columns B-Z that has values (y-data). I've been able to set-up a interactive graphing userform that hard codes the B-Z data through drop-down selection.

My issue is if I have to, for some reason, insert a column within the B-Z data, all the code has to be updated. What I've been doing so far is adding to the end (say column AA). But is there a way that the code to be written that I am able to insert data within B-Z instead of at the end?
