Hello guys,

I would like to ask you for help with my issue: I have rows range 16:999 which are separated by gradual number (1, 2...) in column A where several rows are grouped under one number.

My intention is to let user to control via Checkboxs toggle unhide and again hide the groups with the same numbers in column A, so

Activating Checkbox1 will unhide all the rows with number 1 in column A and DEactivating the same checkbox will again HIDE the rows with number 1 in column A
Activating Checkbox2 will unhide all the rows with number 1 in column A and DEactivating the same checkbox will again HIDE the rows with number 2 in column A

I will be really grateful for your help.

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
Why not just use autofilter?

Because this needs to be done by checkboxes or alternatively button and not autofilter, it goes for file with order form and not all users will know autofilter and simple click is easier for them :).thx
