Hi all,

I am working on a sports spreadsheet for a league. It records daily games between players, and then I've got all time results per player, all time results per match up, and some league records, etc, automated via formulas.

I'm looking to add a player ranking to it, but I want the ranking to be calculated based on the strength of the opponents each player has played.

I think it would have to look at the individual matchup results to determine this, but I honestly have no idea how to go about this, even on paper. Are there any good examples of this I could learn from, or could someone point me in the right direction?

Formulas rather than VBA preferred.

Thank you
