Sumifs forumla without repeating name

I've been trying to extract the value 250 (result, period 1, red) with a sumifs formula into another cell, but I've had no luck so far.

Sadly, I can't change the layout of the table to repeat the Company Name so the sumifs formula doesn't find the values I'm looking for.

I'm hoping someone has an idea what other formula I could use or if there is a workaround.

=INDEX(B1:O20,MATCH("Result",B1:B20,0),MATCH(1,B1:O1,0))
