How to find duplicates in Excel?

hello everyone, when i use the excel 2010, there is a lot of duplicate data, How to find duplicates and delete them?
Could some one help me , please!!!

if column A has data and col B is blank insert the formula
=IF(COUNTIF($A$1:$A$100,$A1)>1,"Duplicate","") drag till the end of data. filter the column for duplicates and delete them
