Hello everybody

I am new to using macros with Excel, and I hope I can get some guidance here.

In a nutshell, I have two worksheets A and B.
Sheet A has a lot of user inputs.
Worksheet B is in the background performing calcuations based on the info in sheet A.
I would like to habe a button in sheet A that is linked to a macro, which performs the goals seek function within sheet B.
I would like the goal seek function to take all its input automatically from cells in sheet B.

My apologies for being a newbie. Any help you could give me (either existing resources or direct help) would be much appreciated.

Thank you all very much in advance.

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
Sorry for being curt. Your request is way too general. Break down your needs into smaller chunks so it's easier to digest. All of us want to help, but we don't want to "Do" you project. Help yourself by finding some examples from this site and try to adapt it to your needs.

Please explain goal seek function. Give us specific cells on sheet A that need info. Tells us about the data on sheet B

It doesn't seem like a simple solution, so be prepared to spend some time back and forth.

Glad to have you here.

Jeff
