Array- Pulling rows of data based on multiple criteria

I am attempting to pull rows of data based on multiple criteria, there are a lot of videos on this but none seem to hit on what i need specifically.

This is the formula that i have come up with (does not work but hopefully helps certify what I'm trying to accomplish) {=IF('Sheet 2'!$CU3<='Sheet 2'!$CU$2,"",INDEX(AB$2:AB$401,SMALL(IF(($AB$2:$AB$401=$A$1),ROW(AB$2:AB$401)),ROW(1:1))-1,1))}

I need the rows to pull based off Name (column AB) but only if the Deduction SUM for that particular row (Sheet 2 column CU) is greater than the criteria given in 'Sheet 2'!CU2.
A1 is where the name criteria is entered and the formula itself starts in A2.
