I have tried to write some code but it won't work. I want the code to get the last number in column A of the sheet "Reference", file name: client_list.xlsm and add a 1 to it. I then want the new number inserted in the row under that row in column A. I also want the new number inserted in cell H5 of NPSS_quote_sheet within the workbook that the code is running from.

Can someone help me with the vba code please?
