Hello all,

I have a table of sales data. Relevant columns for this are: Sales Order Number, Part Description and Selling Price.

I would like to sum the Selling Price of any Sales Order Number that includes a specific Part Description.

Is this something

CALCULATE(SUM([Sales Order Number]),[Part Description]="part1") does not sum all the other parts on the same sales order.

Thank you in advance!

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
This is just a guess. Completely untested. Let me know if it works.

=Calculate(sum(table[sell price]),Calculatetable(values(table[sales order number]),Filter(table,table[part desc]="part 1")))
