Need help creating a custom column in power query to mimic this excel formula

Hello - I need help creating a custom column in power query to mimic this excel formula.
=IF(s2<>s1,Ab2+Ad2,Ai1+Ad2)

Here's what i have.
Need the running total in the DSCombined tab replacing column AI.
Column AI was the original column I used to get the running total by using a macro to copy paste that formula.
Now looking to optimize it and build it in power query.

No access to source on SharePoint
I can convert QueryTable to Table then try to create running total but it wont work with your original file
