Add to chart area

I have a weekly report. Each week there will be additional data. I need to chart this data. Is there a way to set up a Macro that will automatically add the new data to the ChartArea every week?

Use dynamic, named ranges in your chart's SERIES function (nt)

I'm sorry for the lack of know-how, but how do you make a Range dynamic?
