Excel Chart

We are changing from Lotus 123 to Excel and we are trying to do something in Excel that we used to do in 123 and can't see to find out how to do it.

We have a chart and we would like to label datapoints with something other than the x and y access labels

we don't want to use the drawing text boxes, we want to use specific datapoints.

Lotus 123 has something called text labels, we can't seem to find anything comparable to this in Excel.
