Excel Fix

Hello
Can somebody please help me....?
I've got a excel doc that i can't open.
Does somebody know where i can download a app that is capable to repair the doc ? I already tried ExcelFix demo and it seem to be good but in the demo version you can't save anything...

When you say "doc" do you mean that literally. ".doc" refers to a Microsoft Word Document which Excel cannot open. Excel Worksheets are ".xls"

If you mean an "excel document" that won't open try opening the file from within Excel. That is use the File/Open sequence rather than double clicking the icon.
It is also possible that the file was created with a more recent version of Excel than the version you are using. If you are using Excel 97, you will not be able to open a file created in Excel 98 or Excel 2000. You will need to have the creator save the file in your version or get a newer version of Excel.
