Merging columns

Can someone tell me how to merge the data in 3 column's
into one column keeping the data.

Ampersand (&) is Excel's concatenation operator.
Let's say that your data resides in columns A:C.
You could enter =A1&B1&C1 into D1 and copy down.

Hi Steve,

You note wasn't quite clear whether you had data in all three columns or just one.

If you only have data in one, you can use the merge tool (in the text alignment section).

If you have data in all three, you can concat them in a 4th column using the ampersand.
