Converting Numeric Value in Text in Excel 97?

Hi All!

I want to convert numeric value entered in a cell to text value to another cell i.e. if I type 100 in cell A1 then the output of A1 should be in other cell say c1 in text format i.e. One Hundred.
How can I do this?
Hope my question is understandable.

How about having this formula in C1

=TEXT(A1,"0")

NB. the "0" is the format for the number ie. no decimals
