I have seen this in quite a few formulas what does it do please 9.99999999999999E+307 when do you use it

It's biggest positive number that you can have in Excel.
When you use as a lookup value in MATCH with match-type FALSE (or 0) that looks in a row or column of numeric type, MATCH will return the column or row number of the last numeric value in the row or the column.

I am new at Microsoft Excel, never used PC book-keeping, always doing it by hand which is proving to be strenuous.
I would like to use Excel for double entries, namely
Journal and Ledger.
Can you show me how to proceed in a layman's
language, indicating which keys I should strike
for each step on my keyboard. I would appreciate
your assistance. Thanks!

I'm a bit new here, but I would like to know if u or anyone is able to help me print some formulas in Xcel. What do u go into so that u may view all the formulas on the page????????
