Formula for Square Meters

Anyone know the formula for converting Square footage to Square meters?

=CONVERT(144^0.5,"ft","m")^2 will convert 144 sq ft
to 13.37803776 sq m.

If this function is not available, run the
Setup program to install the Analysis ToolPak.
After you install the Analysis ToolPak, you must
enable it by using Add-Ins on the Tools menu.

conversion program which you download.
