Roundup to nearest $.49 or $.99 in Retail Pricing

I am trying to calculate retail prices using excel. What I would like to to be able to do is round all numbers to the nearest $.49.
For example:
Excel Returns $7.24 I want the result $7.49.
Excel Returns $7.54 I want the result $7.99.

Use =CEILING(A1,0.5)-0.01 where cell A1 contains
your retail price.
Hope you have lots of pennies in your register!
