Comparing two columns in Excel. NEED HELPFAST!!!

I'm trying to compare two columns in one workbook but on two different sheets. If the data matches I need to reference a third column and take the data from that cell same row,(i.e. Inventory!C9=Names!I9) then take the data in cell k9 and place it in a different cell?

In the cell you want the data in K9 to go, enter the following formula.
=IF(Inventory!C9=Names!I9,K9,"") and copy down as far as needed. If there is no match the formula will retunr a blank.
