Links ( not the hyper variety )

My situation is this, we have links from Excel to various word documents and other files. How do I remove these links? Processes have changed and I don't want the prompts to keep coming up to verify if I want to update the links every time I open the sheets.

Also if you go to the Edit>Link>Change Source and redirect the link back to the workbook that has the link, poofo link is gone. But I think the addin is a little more useful.
