How do I pull cell values into a Word document?

Posted by Jim G. on May 21, 2001 10:14 AM
First, thank you for reading my post and trying to help. I have a report in Microsoft Word. I would like to have links so that my Excel data will automatilly update my Word document paragraphs with updated calculations. Such as, "The Comapny's total assets were $(from Excel) on December 12, 1999."

I don't want to import the whole spreadsheet, just certain calculated values. Thank you in advance for your help.

In Word, Insert the Link Field Code. See Link Field under help for instructions
