Dealerships Units sold Revenue
So. Florida 30 $2.6B 294,000
So. Texas 26 $2.1B 156,000
So. California 49 $1.9B 180,000
Questions:
1. Per store average revenue
2. For each district (avg. # of units per store/per month -
3. avg. revenue per store/per month - calculation )

Hi yolanda
The best way would be via a Pivot Table.
My second option would be with some of the "Database" formulas, eg; DAVERAGE, DSUM etc. There is some good examples of these in the Excel help.
