Have data off the sheet still be averaged?

My sheet is laid out horizontaly with 10 weeks of scores
for our bowling league. Now that we are on week 11 the
page will no longer fit when printed on 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
Can I have week 1 "fall off" the page but still be
calculated for the average so that week 11 will fit?
(Then continue this for the duration of the league.)

Set your sheet up with formulas that average all weeks (or whatever you want), then print only what you want to see using Print Range.
