Double Sided Printing of Workbook?

Posted by Christopher Patrick on February 06, 2002 9:14 AM
Hi again-

I have one more question. Is it possible to print an entire workbook double sided, so that worksheet 1 and 2 would be front and back of a page? When choosing duplex printing now, each worksheet prints double sided, but a new worksheet starts on a fresh page.

Thanks again
chris

Hi Chris--
two options to do just this.

1) print and adjust to odd numbers only and then turn over the printed sheets and print even only thus 1 2 the 3 4 and so on as reqd.

2) some printers LAZER have duplex as built in, HP Laser 4 5 and new fast high speed HP do the same BUT>>>>

Need correct option in print manager to do this so need drivers that punch up OPTION and there is two sided..

HOT TIP if at work IT Dept will have access to all driverws and they will / might run different print driver than yopu eeven on the same printer

good luck

HTH
Jack
