Can I print different print areas at the same time.

I think I do something similar when preparing a summary from lots of linked sheets....

Goto :

View
Toolbars
Customise
Commands
Tools

scroll down and drag the camera icon onto your toolbar

highlight the range of data you wanted printing from the bottom right and click the camera icon - this will create a snapshot of that range.

then scroll down or over to a blank print page (ie blank within the print margin indicators) and click n drag to embed this snapshot on that page.

You will see it creates an image of that highlighted range which will print as normal with any headers or footers.

(One of the added beauties, I find, is that if you change any of the data in the original range, it updates the picture you snapped, just like a link)

this is very handy for summarising data which is all different column widths in different areas of different pages, workbooks or files..... just snapshot the relevant areas then drag em all together in an auto-updating summary, never havign to worry about column widths or merging etc etc

if you have the headers on, then go to a blank page of the existing worksheet (page as in print area, not a blank sheet) and pop a snapshot of the range in question into it
