OMMIT PRINTING BLANK ROW
Posted by MINASHAH on November 08, 2001 8:45 AM
I HAVE LONG BILL OF MATERIAL IN ENGINEERNING FIRM.
IS THERE ANY WAY IF QUANTITY = 0 OR BLANK THEN THAT ROW WILL BE OMMITED FOR PRINTING. THIS WAY I DON'T HAVE TO PRINT 5 PAGES WHERE I NEED ONLY HALF A PAGE TO PRINT.
i KNOW THIS WILL HELP OTHERS TOO.

How about using an AutoFilter for this?

Your quickest fix would be to do an AutoFilter on the range, once for non-blanks and then again for "does not equal" with 0 as that value. Then print the filtered range.
